Why an anonymous online quote?


CelebrityXpress' copyrighted system does not ask for your name, email, phone number, address or the time and date you plan to travel when you request a quote.


Yet, you still receive an exact, all-inclusive online quote and  reduce the vulnerability of your home while you are away.

How do I get a quote?

Select the online quote button and follow the simple directions. You may need to estimate the approximate driving time. You can use Google, for example, by searching for "JFK to the World Trade Center".

How do I book a ride?

After viewing your quote, choose your the vehicle type and select from available pickup dates and times. Notice your refundable deposit amount shown under Service Details. Select the Book Now button to pay the deposit privately and securely.  


Paying your deposit online guarantees and confirms your reservation. 

How do I connect with my driver at the airport?

Your driver tracks your flight and adjusts your pickup time accordingly. After your flight lands, the driver calls you to coordinate your actual pickup details which may vary at different airports.


You are allowed thirty minutes after landing to fetch your luggage. Wait time (beyond thirty minutes) results in a charge of $10 for each 15 minutes.

What if my flight is significantly delayed or cancelled?

Your reservation is automatically cancelled. You are notified and your deposit is refunded to your card.

If you change your plans, then cancel online at least 2 hours before your pickup time.

How many bags? 

Your are guaranteed 1 standard size bag (25" x 14" x 8") per person. Extra bags can be transported at no charge  but be sure to specify your bag count under Special Requests when you book.

Can I reserve infant car seats?

When you book your reservation, request an infant car seat under Special Requests.  There is no charge if one is available. You will be notified in any case.

How do I determine my passenger count?

All persons must wear a seat belt and are counted as passengers including infants in a car seat.


Young children on a parent's lap or pets in a container ride free and are not counted as passengers.

Your fare is billed by an online payment request sent to your cell phone. Payment is expected when your driver arrives.

Can I make extra stops?

Extra stops and ride-sharing are not permitted. 

What are the rules for transporting pets?

Pets must be kept in their containers at all times. The rules for transporting pets are generally equivalent to those for airlines, established by the US Department of Transportation.
